In the beginning was the Word GOD |
IN THE BEGINING WAS THE WORD 2 Tim 3:16 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: (KJV) John 1:1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (KJV) John 1:14 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV) I Jn 5:7 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (KJV) Rev 19:13 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. (KJV) Rev 22:19 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (KJV) Isa 34:16 16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. (KJV) Rom 1:2 2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) (KJV) Ps 1:2 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. (KJV) Isa 30:9 9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: (KJV) Rom 3:2 2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. (KJV) 1 Pet 4:11 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV) Eph 6:17 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: (KJV) James 1:21-23 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: (KJV) 1 Pet 2:2 2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: (KJV) Luke 11:28 28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. (KJV) Heb 4:12 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (KJV) Col 3:16 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (KJV) 2 Tim 2:15 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (KJV) James 1:18 18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. (KJV) Matt 13:3-8 3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; 4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: 5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: 6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: 8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. (KJV) Matt 13:18-23 18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. (KJV) Matt 13:37-38 37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; 38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; (KJV) Heb 4:12 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (KJV) Neh 8:8 8 So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading. (KJV) Luke 24:27 27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. (KJV) Luke 24:45 45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, (KJV) Acts 17:11 11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. (KJV) John 5:39 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. (KJV) Deut 4:2 2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. (KJV) Deut 12:32 32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it. (KJV) Rev 22:18-19 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (KJV) Matt 5:17 17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. (KJV) Acts 18:28 28 For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ. (KJV) Acts 13:27 27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. (KJV) Acts 17:2 2 And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures, (KJV) Acts 28:23 23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. (KJV) John 12:48 48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. (KJV) Rom 2:16 16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. (KJV) 2 Cor 4:2 2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. (KJV) Deut 4:2 2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. (KJV) Deut 8:3 3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. (KJV) 2 Chr 15:3 3 Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law. (KJV) Ps 12:6 6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. (KJV) Ps 18:30 30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. (KJV) Ps 19:7 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. (KJV) Ps 33:6 6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. (KJV) Ps 119:9 9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. (KJV) Ps 119:89 89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. (KJV) Isa 28:13 13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. (KJV) Isa 40:8 8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. (KJV) John 17:8 8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. (KJV) John 17:14 14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. (KJV) John 17:17 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (KJV) 2 Pet 1:19 19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: (KJV) 2 Pet 3:1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: (KJV) 2 Pet 3:15 15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; (KJV) Jude 1:17 17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; (KJV) 1 Cor 14:37 37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. (KJV) Heb 5:12 12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. (KJV) Rev 1:11 11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. (KJV) Isa 5:24 24 Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. (KJV) Isa 53:1 1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? (KJV) 2 Tim 3:8 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. (KJV) 2 Tim 4:3 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; (KJV)

Greeting brothers, whom ever this letter may reach, may God add His blessing and understanding to your consiouness that you may recieve the fullness of the revelation of Jesus Christ our Lord ! (Genesis 1:1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:3) And God said (Genesis 1:4) And God saw (Genesis 1:5) And God called (Genesis 1:6) And God said (Genesis 1:7) And God made (Genesis 1:8) And God called (Genesis 1:9) And God said (Genesis 1:10) And God called (Genesis 1:11) And God said (Genesis 1:14) And God said (Genesis 1:16) And God made (Genesis 1:17) And God set (Genesis 1:20) And God said (Genesis 1:21) And God created (Genesis 1:22) And God blessed (Genesis 1:24) And God said (John 3:16) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. It seems as though time and and satan's endless assault on the human mind have finally taken its toll among the masses of millions, not only of those that remain but, also of them that have gone on before. Although each church age was unique and unusual, and it would certainly behoove us to reread our bible's and recollect the suffering and heartache those blesseded saints endured gladly for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (Fox's Book of Martyrs) The question that continually comes to my mind is one that is almost unthinkable had it not been for scripture fortelling things that would be in this day and hour ! For example, one of the things that strike me as odd is your everyday christian proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, confessing that they are sent of Him to be a witness for Him. Kind of an unusuall situation seeing that God would not send a witness to testify falsely of Himself, to misinterperate His purpose, or intentions to His people. Point in case, how can a man say that he represents Jesus Christ and deny ONE Word of the written scripture, for in so doing it would identify that messenger whomever it may be as a false messenger. The fruit hanging on the branches of the tree's bears witness to what type of tree it is. (John 16:7) Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. (Colossians 2:9) For in Him (Jesus Christ) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. You see that is why it was expediant for Jesus Christ to depart so that the Comforter would come, because Jesus was the fulness of the Godhead bodily, so on the day of pentacost the Comforter fell among men. What christians refer to as being filled with the Holy Spirit, but I'd like to stop for second and point something out, if the same Holy Spirit that Jesus had of the Godhead bodily said one thing, how could an individual supposidly filled with His Spirit, His Holy Spirit, how could he ever deny one word of the scripture ? See, God is the Word !!!! He is the Word, living this day and hour in vessels of clay called men, so men claiming to possess the Holy Spirit of God would certainly have to line up word by word with God for He is the Word !!! The Problem: (John 5:39) Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. (John 5:40) And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. I must admit as one being saved by grace that I have nothing at all to boast of in myself, for I have accomplished nothing on my own but the Grace of God truly indeed has brought me safe thus far, and Lord willing until my last breath will be my strength. And with that I say this, God needs no man to interpret His Word, He can express Himself perfectly, no man goes to school to understand God, no man studies enough to understand God, no man does enough kindness or acts of charity, that would bring him closer to God, (Romans 9:16-18) So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy. (V:17) For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. (V:18) Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. (Romans 9:20) Nay but, O man who art thou that repliest against God ? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus ? (Romans 9:21) Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour ? (Romans 9:22) What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much long suffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: (Romans 9:23) And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, (Thank you Lord for all things, Amen !) (Romans 9:31) But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. (Romans 9:32) Wherefore ? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone; So my question would be what would you add to the already finished work of Jesus Christ ? Yes indeed, search the scriptures and see all the mighty men that God has called, they came to him because He and He alone called them, you dont wake up one day, or have a conversation about some church seminary somewhere and decide you'll be a preacher, or an evangelist, or a sunday school teacher, shame and Woe unto you who do such things, God alone sets a man up there. For what ? To lead His people ! (Revelation 22:18) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: (Revelation 22:19) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. You know if I decide to go on a trip, and lets say I want to go to Florida, and I had never been to Florida, I think even common sense would tell me to read a map, in order not to get lost. God has left with us just such a map, it's called the bible, and if you need some direction on what Gods says about certain things, that is where you should look. The problem is that most people think that things are just okay, I'm fine your fine, no problems here ! And what of Our Lords statement ? (Matt 7:15) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (Matt 7:16) Ye shall know them by their fruits... The battle that rages until this very second has been going on for thousands of years, satan never changes his tactics, just his costume to trick the people into believeing a lie, and this is one of the things that totally bewilders me some times is that, | Our Thoughts Rule Us
